Policy for the People, Reference**
Our Mission Statement:
Collaborating with researchers, policymakers, educators, community groups, and others, Policy for the People seeks to advance political discourse and understanding from all sides. Policy connects students at the local, state, national, and international levels with the evidence, ideas, and actions needed to strengthen the discourse happening around the world now.
Marketing: Directors of Marketing will be responsible for leading the marketing department in expanding Policy for the People's network and reach through consistent release of social media content.
Outreach: Directors of Outreach will be responsible for leading the outreach department in partnership emailing and community advocacy.
Public Relations: The Director of Public Relations will be responsible for leading the production of press releases and reaching out to the media.
Web Development: Directors of Web Development will be responsible for producing websites for Policy for the People and its Policythons.
Recruitment: The Director of Recruitment will be responsible for identifying talented individuals and reaching out with information regarding organizer positions.
Design: Directors of Design will be responsible for leading the design team in supporting other departments with design needs. Examples of tasks include sponsorship prospectus production, flyer creation, and website ideation.
Internal Operations: The Internal Operations Director will be responsible for managing organization-wide communication and facilitating a smooth, efficient workflow.
