Speaker Guidelines:

• The speaker will be required to share the webinar materials at least 3-5 days before the webinar
• The speaker will be required to confirm their attendance a week before the webinar
• The speaker will be required to attend a run-through session to test the platform (Zoom)
• The speaker will be required to arrive 10 minutes early on the day of to test for technical difficulties
• If there is a QnA session, Hack Vancouver will be choosing the questions and asking them to the speaker

Webinar Formats:

1. Pre-recorded 30 minute webinar with no QnA
2. Pre-recorded 30 minute webinar with a live QnA
3. Live 30 minute webinar with no QnA
4. Live 30 minute webinar with live QnA
5. Live 15-20 minute webinar with 5-10 minute QnA
