💬 Interview

Once you've applied, we'll schedule an interview with you to talk about the following:

• Background: leadership, past experiences, etc.
• Terms sheet: a contract between the leads and CVT just to ensure that they agree to our code of conduct and policies
• Questions to ask (PV/External Affairs):
  • Recruitment, mentorship, and partnership needs

👩‍💻 Structure

• Agile: a popular methodology for project management—widely used in software development—where self-organizing and cross-functional teams collaborate and create iteratively
• We strongly recommend project l to adapt agile because it's easy to use and implement. It's also a high-demand skill to learn and will be transferable for future positions.

• If you do choose to adapt agile, Ayan will coordinate with Helpful Engineering to set up an introduction call to train you about the foundations of agile and scrum.

😊 Setting up

1. Create a channel and add members
2. Hold your first meeting and assign measurable, actionable tasks are assigned for each member so no one is lost or confused as to what their role is within the project
3. Submit an update form every two weeks and make sure your project planning point of contact attends a meeting every three weeks to check in on the project
