Due to the email limit for Gmail, we can only send 50 emails per day.

Tools required:

Streak (Google extension)

Streak CRM Import (Google Extension)

Google Sheets (Mass emailing only connects to a sheet on your own drive NOT THE HV DRIVE!!! You will need to import the contacts from the original sheet onto another sheet)

Hunter.io (If there are missing emails on the google sheet, please fill them in / you can ask Angelina or BJ if any questions)

Step 1:

• Fill out any information missing on the Google sheet. If you can't find any emails, use Hunter.io. Just insert the website domain and there should be some results.
• If there is no name, just insert the company name in the first name column

Step 2:

• Copy all the info onto a Google sheet in YOUR DRIVE
• Double check if there is any info missing
