Professionalism

During your interactions with the participants, we encourage you to be friendly and engaging – throw in some humour here and there! However, we also expect mentors to maintain a certain level of professionalism. This includes using appropriate language, behaving respectfully, and staying on-topic. Any illegal actions (substance abuse, sexual acts, etc.) on a video call or audio call during the committee sessions will not be tolerated.

Confidentiality

All private discussions between mentors and participants should remain private. You are not allowed to share information about one team to another team through any medium (social media, discord, verbally, etc).

Respect

As mentors, your job is to help the participants. We expect you to be respectful to all the participants. Racism, sexism, discrimination, prejudice, and other forms of hate will not be tolerated. Additionally, threats of violence or threatening to harm others will also not be tolerated.
