⚡ Introduction

Who we are

The Coronavirus Visualization Team is a crowd-sourced network of students working on student-led research proposals that investigate objective, nuanced issues and explain key findings through data visualizations.

We're an initiative under our umbrella organization, Erevna, whose mission is to help student innovators translate their ideas into impact. Erevna operates many other programs and events, including:

• HFTP, a hackathon for social good
• PTTP, a panel series for conversations worth having
• Policython, a policython for social good
• Intercollegiate Discord, a community for students around the globe
• Education Nonprofit Coalition, a coalition of student education nonprofits

We span 1000+ students across 20+ time zones; below are our initiatives

Erevna

Organization structure

Our organization follows a Matrix structure, as outlined below.

• At the top-level, we have the Board of Directors of Erevna, our umbrella organization, overseeing the direction and goals of the organization.

• At the next level, we have an Executive Board functioning as functional managers for their respective teams/departments.

• Aside the functional manager, we have project managers which help to organize, assign, and define the goals, objectives, and tasks for their respective teams.
